STILL WATERS FARM AND GARDENS
2019 Bouquet Subscription

By purchasing a STILL WATERS FARM AND GARDENS Bouquet Subscription, either for yourself or as a gift, you agree to the following terms and conditions as the recipient. 

Payment

I understand that once I sign up and pay for my subscription in full, I have secured my place in the Bouquet Subscription program for the respective season.  There are no refunds, either full or partial, for cancellation of a Bouquet Subscription once purchased. You may choose to find an alternate person to buy out the rest of your subscription, and the ownership of the subscription will be transferred to the alternate person.

Picking Up Your Bouquet

I understand that my bouquet will be available weekly for pickup from our Flower Wagon and Farm Stand located in the Mountain View community on Friday’s between 4pm and 7pm. I will not receive credit or a refund if I am unable to pick up my bouquet or find a substitute to pick up my bouquet. We encourage you to contact STILL WATERS FARM AND GARDENS to see if an alternate time or location is available if you do miss a bouquet pickup.

Delivery Option

If picking up a weekly bouquet does not work with your schedule, we offer a delivery option in the Hickory and surrounding areas. The fee is $10 per bouquet delivered within 10 miles of Hickory.  For example, if you subscribe for 4 weeks and would like delivery of the bouquets, then $40 will be added to the Bouquet Subscription price. Please contact STILL WATERS FARM AND GARDENS for more information about the delivery option. 

Sharing Our Season

I understand that as a Bouquet Subscription member, I share in both the bounty and the risks of farming. I understand that the risks include poor harvests due to unfavorable weather or pests, or the total loss of all crops due to a natural disaster such as fire, flood, drought, tropical storm or hurricane.

Flower Care

I understand that flowers are a perishable product, with a variable vase life of 3-5 days. I understand that all flowers in my bouquet are delivered within 24-36 hours of harvest in peak condition, and that all varieties have a different vase life, dependent on care. STILL WATERS FARM AND GARDENS will not be held responsible for shortened vase life or poor flower quality once I receive my bouquet from the pickup location. 

Should there be any issue with my flowers upon pickup from the host location, I will contact STILL WATERS FARM AND GARDENS via email within 24 hours to alert them of the issue, and when possible will include photographs to document the problem.

Communication

By signing up for the Bouquet Subscription, I understand that I will be added to the weekly email list, and I agree to add stillwatersfarm@centurylink.com to my email contacts. This is how STILL WATERS FARM AND GARDENS communicates updates and changes, as well as what will be in the bouquet each week. STILL WATERS FARM AND GARDENS will not be held responsible for miscommunications due to our e-mails going to your spam folder. I will notify STILL WATERS FARM AND GARDENS immediately if I do not receive an e-mail receipt of my payment or my weekly Bouquet Subscription emails.

PHONE
I understand that STILL WATERS FARM AND GARDENS may need to contact me via phone regarding my Bouquet Subscription if the information is time-sensitive or if I am not responsive to attempts to contact me via email.

All of our customer information is kept strictly confidential. We do not release any information to anyone regarding our customers. We do not sell or make our email addresses or mailing list available to any other parties or companies. The registration website is a secure site.
