I have noticed a big shift in my daily eating habits and have come around full-circle in realizing that “you CAN’T out-exercise a less than healthy eating plan.” Although exercise is a critical component, it is less important to have a rigorous exercise routine than a healthy, balanced eating plan. Focusing on macros (protein, fats and carbs) was what finally allowed me to break the weight plateau I had reached.

What I enjoyed most about the program was the flexibility and interaction with others. There is nothing I have to eliminate from my eating plan, just focusing on the amounts allows for even special treats once in a while.

The 1:1 coaching is essential because Rachel helps you personalize your plan. Her wealth of knowledge is very helpful in managing the nuances of healthy eating. The group meet-ups are a great way to get ideas that are working for others and incorporating them into your own plan.
